Registration

* Please send a copy of your student identity card via e-mail together with a cover letter from your supervisor to pnp16-registration@sciencesconf.org).

Regular and student registration fees include:

• Sessions
• Get together drink on Sunday
• Morning and afternoon refreshments
• 3 lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
• Visit of the city walls on Wednesday afternoon
• Banquet on Wednesday evening
• Book of abstracts
• Proceedings
• Wi-Fi on conference site

On Wednesday afternoon, instead of the visit of Saint-Malo walls, an excursion to Mont Saint-Michel is proposed for an extra-fee of 75€ (to be booked during the payment procedure).

Accompanying persons will be able to participe in Banquet and/or Excursion to Mont Saint-Michel (extra-fees to be paid during the payment procedure of the conference participant) 

Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible by e-mail to pnp16-registration@sciencesconf.org

Before September 1^st 2018: Registration fees will be refunded less 100 Euros to cover administration costs
After September 1^st 2018: Fees are non-refundable

Please be advised that no payment on site will be possible

Registration will be performed in two steps :
1) Pre-registration
2) After validation by the organizing committee, you will receive an email with the registration link for payment.

Invited participants should performed the entire procedure and fill in all fields as for a payment but the final fee will be 0€ (except if coming with an accompanying person participating to banquet and/or excursion). In the field Tax Information, mark "No".

For regular and student participants (out of France):

• if you are using your own credit card, in the field Tax Information, tick "No".
• if you are paying by credit card through your institute or company, in the field Tax Information, tick "Yes" and provide the professional ID of your organization (for EU countries: VAT number, for others: fiscal or commercial number for example).
• if you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us at pnp16-registration@sciencesconf.org

For regular and student participants (in France):

• if you are using your own credit card, you will have to pay the fee in "TTC".
• if you are paying through your institute by "Bon de commande CNRS", you will be able to pay in "HT", if it's not CNRS it will be TTC
• No payment by "Carte Achat CNRS"

Please, when entering in the registration page, do not interrupt the procedure until you finish your payment, or your registration will be blocked. In that case, please contact us at pnp16-registration@sciencesconf.org to reactivate your registration.
